More than 12 hours before the match:
– You will receive a discount code sent to your email so you can book a new match.
– The discount code will be sent within 24 hours.

Less than 12 hours before the match:
– No refunds will be given.
– If you cannot attend, it is important that you cancel so we can accommodate another player.
